Salsikyrhizome, foods operates from its own commercial base kitchen in Raheja mall, sector 47, sohna road, gurugram, Haryana which is professionally designed and equipped with modern attributes.
Our kitchen complies with all statutory requirements as well as ISO 22000:2018 norms for food handling, food safety and food hygiene. Our kitchen has a capacity of catering 10,000 – 15,000 meals per day. Our kitchen is under CCTV surveillance 24 x 7 for constant monitoring and supervision.
